GREEN JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. box lime Jello
1 sm. box lemon Jello
3 c. hot water
1 sm. carton curd cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. nuts
#2 can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. horseradish

Add hot water to the 2 boxes of Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Refrigerate until set.

My recipe uses only 2 cups hot water to dissolve the Jello. Allow the jello to cool before adding remaining ingredients. The crushed pineapple should be drained. I also use a 12 ounce can of evaporated milk in the cottage cheese, mayo, nuts, pineapple mixture.
