TUNA CRAB FONDUE | |
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced Muenster Dried parsley flakes 1 loaf French or Italian bread (crusty type) Drain and rinse tuna and crab. Mix together. Cube bread. In large casserole, layer bread cubes, tuna and crab. Sprinkle generously with parsley, cheese. Repeat layers. The final layers are bread cubes and cheese. 2 1/2 c. milk 3 eggs 1/4 c. grated onion 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Mix together and pour over casserole so that it is well moistened. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees until puffed and golden. |
