PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
3 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 can pineapple rings 1 box cake mix Candied cherries Nuts Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Evenly spread in brown sugar; place pineapple rings evenly on brown sugar. Place candied cherries and nuts, in holes of pineapple rings. Pour already mixed cake batter over pineapple rings. (Some use the juice instead of water to mix cake mix with). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
