PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. olive oil

Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Place flour on a clean smooth surface in a mound with a well in the middle. Add water and yeast mixture. Working with hands, combine into a dough ball. Knead until soft and smooth. Add flour as necessary.

Place in an oiled bowl and place bowl in a warm spot until double the size. Punch the dough down and use for pizza. Dough can be frozen until you are ready to use it. Just thaw it out and let it rise.
