PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water in 2 1/2 quart bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rise 5 minutes.
