PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. all-purpose or whole wheat flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes. If using self-rising flour, omit salt. Makes dough for 2 size 11-inch round pizza pans. Lightly grease pans.
