PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 tsp. oil
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 - 2 c. flour

Mix yeast, warm water and 3/4 teaspoon sugar, let stand until doubled. Add cold water, oil, 1/2 tablespoon sugar and salt. Stir in flour and knead. Let stand 5 minutes, roll out and place on greased pizza pan. Complete with your favorite toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. (Depending on crust thickness desired, dough will make medium to large pizza crust.)
