CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed Oreos, about 18
2-3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, soft
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. flour
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine cookies and butter. Press in 13"x9" pan. In large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy, gradually add and beat milk in until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. In small bowl toss chips (1/2 of them) with flour. Stir into cheese mixture and pour over Oreos. Sprinkle with rest of chips. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool and chill thoroughly before serving.
