DILL BREAD 
1 pkg. quick rise yeast
1 c. cottage cheese
1 tbsp. instant onion
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Soften yeast in warm water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, salt, butter, dill seed and soda. Add softened yeast. Start adding flour. Grease deep oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
