VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 lg. (reg.) can green beans
1 sm. onion, diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. grated American cheese
Seasoned croutons
Water chestnuts

Cook frozen vegetables 10 minutes until tender. Slice onion in while cooking.

Drain vegetables. Heat mushroom soup (undiluted) thoroughly. In large casserole make layers of cauliflower and broccoli. Sprinkle layers with beans, soups, cheese, etc. - 2 or 3 layers, ending with soup and cheese. Cover and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Last 15 minutes add croutons on top and bake uncovered 350 degrees.
