HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/3 c. scalded milk
4 tbsp. butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar
4 sq. baking chocolate, melted
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk. Melt chocolate and butter together. Pour hot milk over confectioners' sugar and salt. Beat until thick, adding chocolate/butter mixture slowly. When thick add vanilla. Yummy, on or off the cake.
