HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE PIE 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 4 ingredients in a microwave-proof bowl. Stir in milk. On high power: microwave for 3 minutes, stir; microwave for 2 minutes, stir; microwave for 2 minutes, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into a cooked pie shell. Top with whip cream when cool. Fast, easy, delicious!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

This is really close to the Chocolate pie that my Mother made in a double boiler when we were growing up, but so much easier.
