PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Sift above ingredients together.

2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil

1 (#2) can (20 oz. can) crushed pineapple, do not drain

Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter

Mix together - cook - boiling slowly 10 minutes. Add 1 cup coconut and chopped nuts (if desired). Spread while icing is warm.
