HERSHEY BROWNIES 
Frosting:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. cream

Boil together 1 minute after coming to a rolling boil. Remove and add 1/2 c. chocolate chips. Beat until good consistency.

Brownies:

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
sprinkle salt
1/2 c. nuts

Mix and bake in a large cookie sheet at 325°F for 15 minutes. Then test.
