SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. bread
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
Dash A-1 sauce
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. butter

Combine bread, milk, egg, A-1 sauce, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup water. Add to hamburger. Make hamburger into small balls. Brown in butter. When balls are done remove from skillet and make a cream gravy and return meatballs to skillet. You also can use beef mushroom soup instead of cream gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
