RICE PUDDING 
1/2 gal. whole milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. rice (raw)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins

Place in 3 quart casserole dish (all ingredients except raisins). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Stir often. Add raisins. Bake additional 1 hour.
