4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk
2 sticks butter
1 c. black walnuts
2 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
3 tsp. vanilla

Put sugar and milk into saucepan. Let come to boil. Boil 6 minutes. Place butter, walnuts, chocolate chips, and vanilla in large bowl. Pour milk/sugar mixture over this. Mix until smooth. Pour into buttered pan. Let cool. Refrigerate.
