SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. milk

Soak 1 cup fine bread crumbs in 1/3 cup milk. Add minced onion, ground beef, egg, salt, and nutmeg; shape into 1-inch balls. Saute balls in 2 tbsp. oil; brown on all sides.

Remove balls and add to fat in pan, flour, water, bouillon cubes, and milk. Cook and stir until smooth and thickened. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over noodles. Freezes well.
