SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 med. onion, grated
1/2 carrot, grated
1/2 potato, grated
1/3 bottle ketchup
1 can whole cranberry sauce, 16 oz.
1/2 bottle chili sauce
1/2 c. water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Combine ketchup, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, water, lemon juice in large pot. Bring to a boil. Lower flame so sauce simmers.

In a medium sized bowl, combine egg, meat, onion, carrot, potato. Season mixture with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. Shape mixture into balls. Add to simmering sauce. Cook for 45 minutes.
