POPCORN CAKE 
5 c. popped corn
1 stick butter
1/3 c. vegetable oil
16 oz. marshmallows
1 c. M & M candies
1 c. salted peanuts

Combine marshmallows, oil and butter. Heat until melted. Pour over salted popcorn. Fold in M & M and salted peanuts. Put into an oiled angel food cake pan and let stand 30 minutes.
