POPCORN CAKE DELIGHT 
8 c. freshly popped popcorn, unsalted
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1 c. M & M peanut candy
1 c. salted Spanish peanuts
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Place popcorn in a large bowl and set aside. Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, vinegar, and salt in a large saucepan and cook over a medium heat. Stir mixture frequently until it reaches a hard ball stage (approximately 20 minutes). Remove from heat, add butter and stir until melted. Pour syrup in a thin stream over popcorn and stir until evenly coated. Stir in candy, peanuts and marshmallows and mix well. Press mixture into a greased 10 inch bundt pan or a 6 cup ring mold. Cool completely. Unmold on a serving plate.
