PECAN LOGS | |
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring 1 bag caramels 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. canned milk 4 c. pecans, chopped Combine marshmallow cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and butter flavoring. Knead ingredients until all powdered sugar has been absorbed. Roll into 8 logs. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and freeze. Melt caramels, butter, and canned milk together. Dip each log into mixture and roll in chopped pecans. Rewrap and refrigerate. |
