Marinate the chicken breasts in the Italian dressing either overnight or for at least 3 hours. Drain the dressing after marinating; pat excess dressing from chicken with paper towels. Grill chicken over medium hot coals or medium high heat on gas grill until cooked, being careful not to overcook. Heat Catalina dressing in microwave for 1-2 minutes or over low heat on top of stove. Spoon hot dressing over chicken breasts and serve immediately.
Please Note: Kraft low-calorie dressings can be used with equally pleasing results.
