A fun and colorful way to decorate cup cakes! The cakes can be made at home from a cake mix and the teacher then brings them to school. Each child can frost his own cake. Canned frosting can be used or the following can be made in class.

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla

When frosting is spread, a lollipop can be placed in the center. Allow frosting to set. A nice treat for the class to enjoy.
