PINEAPPLE BOAT 
1/2 lg. fresh pineapple
2 bananas, sliced
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1 c. strawberries, whole or sliced

Scoop out pineapple and cut into chunks; reserve shell. Combine pineapple chunks with bananas, oranges and strawberries. Place fruits in pineapple shell and serve with sherbet, if desired.

Tip: If desired, use a small pineapple for 4 individual servings. Cut pineapple into 4 wedges; scoop out pineapple. Combine fruit and spoon into pineapple shells. Serve with sherbet, if desired.
