PINEAPPLE BOAT ALOHA 
2 fresh pineapples
2 c. halved strawberries
2 c. sliced bananas
Rum Fruit Dressing

Cut pineapple (including leafy top) in half lengthwise. Hollow out pineapple leaving shell 1/2 inch thick. Remove core, and cut pineapple into chunks. Combine pineapple chunks, strawberries and bananas; spoon into pineapple shells. Top with Rum Fruit Dressing. Yield 4 servings.

RUM FRUIT DRESSING:

3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. rum
1 c. salad oil

Combine all ingredients except salad oil in container of electric blender; blend well. Slowly add oil, blending well. Chill. Yield 1 1/2 cups.
