HOT TUNA BOATS 
4 potatoes, baked
4 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 cans tuna fish, drained

Scrape skin off side of potatoes and scoop out. Mix potato with sour cream, onion, celery, and tuna fish.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated cheese
1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Bake in 450 degree oven about 10 minutes to heat.
