MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 boiled chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. cheddar cheese
1 bag Doritos

Boil and debone chicken. Mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken and Rotel and heat until smooth. Add chicken and 1 cup chicken broth.

Layer Doritos then chicken mixture. Keep alternating layers. Sprinkle cheese and bake until cheese melts at 350 degrees. Delicious.
