MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 lb. chicken, cooked & cut up

SAUCE:

1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can sliced black olives
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. chile powder
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. any size Doritos
4 c. Monterey Jack/Colby cheese

Crush a large bag of Doritos and put 1/2 of them in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Then add the chicken. Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over the meat. Top with 4 cups of the cheese. Top with the rest of the Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Ole!
