HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
4 slices cheese
1/2 lb. hamburger, cooked & crumbled
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. In bowl combine hamburger, soup, eggs, onion, sour cream, parsley and pepper. Mix well. Pour about 2/3 of mixture into shell. Place cheese on this. Pour rest over cheese. Bake 1 hour. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
