CREAM OF ASPARAGUS SOUP 
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
Fresh asparagus or broccoli
1 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
Half & half

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Cook onion with butter. In separate bowl, cook asparagus, water and chicken bouillon, approximately 8-10 minutes. Take out and pour into blender. Add half & half and mix, then pour back to bowl and heat until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
