DIETER'S SALMON LOAF 
8 oz. canned drained shrimp
1/2 c. non fat liquid milk (skim)
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 slices enriched white bread
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Flake salmon with a fork and sprinkle with lemon juice. Scald milk. Break bread into pieces and soak in milk. Add onion flakes, pepper and softened bread to salmon and mix thoroughly. Put into non stick pan or foil tin pan and bake for 45 minutes. Serves 2.
