1 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. corn flakes
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. pecans
1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix sugar, syrup, and salt. Bring to boil and cook until sugar dissolved. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, corn flakes, Rice Krispies, and nuts. Spread in ungreased pan.

Mix butter and brown sugar and cook until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix and spread over first layer. Cool and cut.
