SKILLET FUDGE (PEANUT BUTTER) | |
3 c. white sugar 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. evaporated milk (like Pet) 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (12 oz.) jar (1 1/4 c.) crunchy peanut butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla In an electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Set heat at 280 degrees. Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until melted and blended. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. |
