BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. shortening, melted
1 c. milk

Mix together: flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add beaten egg, melted shortening and milk to first mixture of ingredients. Fold in 1 cup blueberries. Fill muffin tins two thirds full. Sprinkle sugar on tops. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
