BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. blueberries

Beat sugar, shortening and eggs. Add other ingredients, except blueberries. Mix well. Stir in blueberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes in muffin pans. Yields 12 muffins or makes 1 loaf.
