PISTACHIO DESSERT 
2 c. Ritz crackers
2/3 stick butter
2 pkgs. pistachio pudding (instant)
2 c. milk
4 c. vanilla ice cream, melted
Cool Whip
Nuts

Melt butter, mix crushed crackers until well blended. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan, refrigerate 1/2 hour. Mix pudding and milk and melted ice cream. Put on top cracker mixture. Top with Cool Whip and crushed nuts. Put in freezer. About 1 hour before serving, put in refrigerator.
