CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 c. diced cooked chicken
4 c. cooked brown rice
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. white wine

Mix all ingredients, put in 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
