BAKED POTATO SPEARS 
3 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Onion salt
Pepper

Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. Brush with salad dressing. Season with onion salt and pepper. Place on greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Serve with Parma Dip (optional).
