OKLAHOMA FRIED RICE 
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. ham, chopped
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
Soy sauce

Cook rice. Lightly grease a large frying pan. Cook ham slowly. In small frying pan scramble eggs. When eggs are done, mix with ham and chopped onion. Mix rice in large frying pan with ham. Stir for a few minutes and season with soy sauce to taste. Serve as whole meat or with meat dish.
