LIME LIGHT CHEESE CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/3 c. melted butter Combine and press in 8 1/2 or 9 inch spring form pan, building up sides. Chill. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 12 oz. can condensed milk 1 tbsp. grated lime peel 3/4 c. fresh lime juice 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. water 1 c. whipping cream Combine cream cheese and condensed milk and beat until smooth. Stir in lime peel and lime juice. Soften unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Warm over low heat until dissolved. Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Pour into crust and chill several hours before serving. |
