JESSICA'S NUT ROLL 
6 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. yeast block
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. walnuts

Mix flour, butter, salt and sugar with hands until pea size like pie dough. Make hole in center. Add yeast mixture.

YEAST MIXTURE: 1/2 cup milk, 2 teaspoon sugar and 1 block yeast melted (not boiled) and cooled. Add to: 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 pint sour cream.

Mix with hands. Knead well until not sticky. Add more flour if needed. Knead and roll into long rolls. Cut into 5-7 parts. Knead each part briefly. Raise 15 minutes. Roll out on table. No flour, fill with nut mixture.

NUT MIXTURE: 4 pounds walnuts crushed, 2 sticks butter softened, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup milk. Roll and brush with oil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Brush with powdered sugar and butter after done.
