CHEESE BALL 
4 oz. Cracker Barrel cheddar cheese, grated
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 tbsp. seasoning salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. dry green pepper
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Place green pepper in water and let stand for 5 minutes.

Mix all ingredients well and shape into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans.
