OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Flour chicken in bag. Melt 1 cube butter in bottom of baking dish. Roll floured chicken in butter and bake 1/2 hour on one side. Turn chicken and pour on sauce. Bake 1/2 hour more and serve.

SAUCE:

1/2 sliced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

NOTE: Jan usually takes the skin off the chicken and uses only thighs and breasts. This sauce recipe will cover about 6 pieces, so double the recipe for more. When finished cooking, cover with foil and keep in warm oven if dinner is delayed.
