CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. grits
1/4 lb. butter
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1 roll Kraft bacon cheese or 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Bacon curls (optional)

Cook grits according to instructions on package. While hot, add butter and bacon cheese or Velveeta cheese. Stir until blended and melted. Cool slightly. Add milk to beaten eggs and stir well into grits mixture. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with bacon curls, if desired.
