BAKED HASHBROWNS 
2 lb. bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 stick butter
1 c. diced onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper

Mix all together and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with corn flakes or buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
