QUICK CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (#303) can red beans, drained
1 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf

Brown hamburger; add onion and green pepper and saute a few minutes. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and bay leaf. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
