GERMAN APPLE CAKE | |
2 eggs 1/2 c. Wesson oil 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. light yellow seedless raisins 4 c. fine grated sour apples 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped pecans 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Beat until eggs foamy and Wesson oil. Add remaining ingredients except flour; mix thoroughly. Then add flour. Bake at 375 degree in 9 x 13 greased pan for 45 minutes. ICING: 1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese 3 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Beat and spread on warm cake. |
