CHICKEN WITH STUFFING | |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn bread stuffing mix Place chicken in a greased slow cooker. Top with soup. In a bowl, combine water, butter and stuffing mix. Spoon over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Yields 4 servings. |
