1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in 3 layers, 350 degrees, for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Combine all ingredients. Use 1/4 of the mixture at a time as you ice between each layer and on sides of the cake.
